Terms and Conditions SurgaSlot – Platform Usage Policy for Malaysia Users

1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SurgaSlot. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the platform, website, mobile app, and all services provided by SurgaSlot ("Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and SurgaSlot ("Company").

2User Eligibility

To use the SurgaSlot platform and participate in any wagering or gaming activities, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and during use of the Platform.
• Residing in a region where use of the Platform is lawful under applicable local laws.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never previously banned from using the SurgaSlot platform or any related platform.
• Not currently experiencing uncontrolled gambling issues or having applied for self-exclusion from a gaming platform.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to open one (1) account at SurgaSlot. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances and wins.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per identity card or passport
• Exact date of birth
• An active and accessible email address
• An active Malaysian mobile phone number
• Bank account or digital wallet details for transaction purposes

SurgaSlot reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify your identity as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. SurgaSlot will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the SurgaSlot platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. Deposit processing is instant once payment is confirmed.

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to your chosen payment method and account level.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal activity or fraud will be held and reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or digital wallet used for your deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal processing times are between 1 to 3 business days depending on the method chosen.
• SurgaSlot does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your financial institution may impose its own charges.
• Withdrawals made before the bonus wagering requirement is met will result in the cancellation of that bonus.

5Bonuses & Promotions

SurgaSlot offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus wins can be withdrawn. These requirements are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once this period ends.
• One Active Bonus: By default, only one bonus can be active at a time. Activating a new bonus before the current bonus requirements are met will result in the cancellation of the previous bonus.
• Game Exclusions: Some games may not contribute, or may contribute at a different rate, toward wagering requirements. A list of excluded games is stated in the terms of each promotion.

6Game Rules

All games available on SurgaSlot are operated according to the rules and mechanics set by their respective game providers. By choosing to play, you agree to fully comply with those game rules.

• Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is a clear technical error.
• In the event of a technical interruption during gameplay, SurgaSlot will endeavor to restore the game state to the last status confirmed by the system.
• Bets placed during a technical disruption may be voided and funds returned to the account balance.
• Using unauthorized software or methods to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• SurgaSlot reserves the right to void wins obtained through illegitimate means or system manipulation.

7User Conduct

All SurgaSlot users are required to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly. The following behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:

• Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward other users or SurgaSlot staff
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities
• Player collusion in live games or wagering
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized third-party software
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization
• Money laundering activities or financing of illegal activities

8Intellectual Property

All content on the SurgaSlot platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of SurgaSlot or its content providers and is protected by Malaysia and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are not permitted to reuse, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without written consent from SurgaSlot.
• The name "SurgaSlot" and all associated logos are registered trademarks protected by law.
• Unauthorized use of Platform content may result in legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SurgaSlot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity
• Service disruptions or Platform unavailability due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence
• Game results generated by an audited and certified RNG system

SurgaSlot will always strive to keep the Platform running without interruption, however we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or completely error-free.

10Account Suspension & Termination

SurgaSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Fraud, manipulation, or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the required timeframe
• Request by relevant authorities
• Bonus or promotion abuse

You may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the SurgaSlot customer support team. Any valid balance in your account will be returned once all necessary investigations are completed, subject to withdrawal policy and KYC compliance.

11Changes to Terms

SurgaSlot reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or email to the registered address.

The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after the revision date constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revisions, you may terminate your account by contacting our support team.
